Nikola, I tend to agree (: that’s what I have done, after all.

On the other hand, there are many people whose purpose will ultimately have nothing to do with their work. A father whose purpose is supporting and loving his family goes to work only to make the money necessary to support his family, and that is fine for him. A daughter whose purpose is caring for her aging mother may not ‘work’ much at all.

The idea that work must be our purpose is in vogue with the western world right now, but I think we should be careful about applying it.
